We offer evidence-based surveys of quality of working life, stress and wellbeing. Our research-based scales have been used in many countries for staff surveys and by individuals in coaching, mentoring and annual appraisals.
Expert assessment of quality of working life in organisations and for individuals
The surveys undertaken by the Quality of Working Life (QoWL) team at the СÀ¶ÊÓƵ help organisations to tackle stress and improve the experience of their employees at work.
The Work-Related Quality of Life (WRQoL®) scale and its derivatives have been used to assess and enhance the quality of working life in 10% of UK universities, and many NHS Trusts, Trade Unions, schools, and parts of large national organisations (Police, BBC, RNLI).
The WRQoL® scale is available in 11 languages and has been used in more than 50 countries, and is directly and indirectly saving organisations thousands of pounds and helping contributing to the improved wellbeing of millions of employees.
‘The Work Related Quality of Life scale can be used in the context of annual appraisals, coaching and career development’ ().
